CPT codes are copyrighted by the AMA and require a per-user license to distribute. Our subscription absorbs this cost.

Codelle is not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate, and we do not sign BAAs at this time. Pro users who paste clinical notes into AI Coder are responsible for de-identifying PHI before submission. Codelle stores AI Coder note content in your account so you can return to a draft, but the content is encrypted at rest and is not used to train AI models. If your organization requires a BAA, please email hello@codelle.com and we'll discuss the roadmap.

Open your dashboard, scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom, and click Delete account. Type your email to confirm. Your account is then scheduled for permanent deletion 7 days later. During those 7 days you can sign in and click Cancel deletion to restore the account fully. After day 7, deletion is permanent — your bookmarks, drafted claims, scrub sessions, and AI history are removed and cannot be recovered.

Your account data (bookmarks, code lists, drafted claims, scrub sessions, AI usage history) is retained for as long as your account is active. AI request inputs and Trace IDs are retained for 30 days for debugging support requests. Deleted accounts are removed within 7 days of confirmation (see account deletion FAQ). Stripe may retain payment records longer for legal and financial compliance — see /privacy for details.

AI Coder and Modifier Advisor return a confidence score for every rubric criterion: the AI's calibrated probability that the documentation supports the criterion. High (≥80%) means the chart clearly supports it; Moderate (50–79%) means partial support — review the chart; Low (<50%) means the criterion is not yet documented and you should add the missing detail before billing. Confidence scores are calibrated against historical CMS audit outcomes. They are not a guarantee of payment.

Click the microphone in any AI input (Chat, Coder, Claim Scrub, Modifier Advisor) and speak. Codelle uses Deepgram's medical-tuned nova-3-medical model, so it handles drug names, anatomy, and clinical phrasing well. Audio streams from your browser straight to Deepgram for transcription only — Codelle never stores it, and Deepgram does not retain or train on it. Dictation is included on Pro with a 60-minute daily cap per user. Sessions auto-stop after 10 minutes so long-running tabs don't quietly burn the cap.
