Apply this code when a civilian patient is seen for any encounter after the initial treatment of injuries sustained from a terrorist event where the specific means of attack are not otherwise categorized. This includes subsequent visits for wound care, physical therapy, psychological counseling, or medication management directly resulting from the terrorist act.

• Always use in conjunction with an injury code (e.g., T-code) to specify the nature of the injury.
