Cutan folicl center lymphoma, extrnod and solid organ sites

This code describes a rare, indolent form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma originating from follicular center B-cells, specifically when it manifests in the skin and/or other solid organs, excluding lymph nodes. It is characterized by neoplastic proliferation of centrocytes and centroblasts.

Use this code for confirmed diagnoses of cutaneous follicle center lymphoma that has spread beyond the skin to other solid organs, or when the primary site is an extranodal solid organ. Documentation must clearly specify "cutaneous follicle center lymphoma" and indicate involvement of extranodal sites or solid organs.
