Apply this code when documentation confirms a diagnosis of hypercalciuria based on 24-hour urine collection results. This is frequently identified during evaluation for nephrolithiasis, recurrent urinary tract infections, or unexplained hematuria.

• Ensure the documentation specifies "hypercalciuria" and not just elevated serum calcium, which is a different condition.
• Do not confuse with hypercalcemia (E83.52), which refers to high calcium in the blood.
